Return Policy: No returns except on damages/defective copies.

Damages: Send us a photo of your damaged item and the box it was shipped in so we can send a Return Authorization. We will pay for the shipping of a new copy when we receive the damaged copy.

Defective Recordings: Send us a description of your audio troubles and we will respond with a Return Authorization. We will pay for the shipping of a new copy when we receive the defective copy.
